In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings defined below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on suhu69, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of suhu69, its parent companies, affiliates, or technology providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the suhu69 Platform or had your account permanently closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or organisation.
• You are not using automated software, bots, or any technical manipulation to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.

suhu69 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on suhu69 at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid and active email address that you control.
• Your correct date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number for two-factor authentication and account security purposes.
• A strong, unique password for your account. suhu69 strongly advises against reusing passwords from other websites.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. suhu69 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify suhu69 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

suhu69 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that a Player has provided false information, is operating multiple accounts, or is engaging in behaviour contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

All financial transactions on the suhu69 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). suhu69 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and by the Player's account verification status. Fully KYC-verified accounts benefit from higher transaction limits.

Withdrawal requests are processed by suhu69 within 1 to 24 hours of submission, depending on the Player's account verification status and the payment method selected. Once approved by suhu69, the funds are transmitted immediately; the final settlement time to the Player's bank account or e-wallet is subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule.

suhu69 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification, source-of-funds checks, or any investigation into suspected irregular betting activity, money laundering, or fraud.

suhu69 offers a range of promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may specify a minimum qualifying deposit amount denominated in IDR.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called "playthrough") that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash.
• Different games contribute differently toward the wagering requirement (for example, slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely).

The full terms of every active promotion are stated clearly within the promotional material for that offer. In the event of any discrepancy between the general bonus terms above and the specific terms of an individual offer, the specific terms of that offer shall prevail.

All betting markets, odds, game rules, and payout structures on the suhu69 Platform are published and governed by the rules applicable to each respective game or market. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the specific rules governing that wager, market, or game.

The following general principles apply to all betting activity on suhu69:

• All odds displayed at the moment a wager is confirmed are final. Odds may fluctuate between the time a bet slip is created and the time it is confirmed; the odds at the point of confirmation are the applicable odds.
• A wager is deemed valid and binding once it has been accepted and recorded in the suhu69 system. suhu69 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed after a sporting event has already commenced or concluded.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before a settlement is reached, wagers on that event may be voided and the stake refunded to the Player's balance.
• suhu69 reserves the right to void any wager where a system failure, platform error, or evident betting configuration mistake has resulted in incorrect odds being accepted.
• All results are settled using official results published by the relevant sporting governing body, league, or federation. For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, results are settled based on the official draw or industry-standard result listings.
• Round-the-clock betting is available for all live and pre-match markets in both WIB and WITA time zones.

You agree that you will not engage in, or attempt to engage in, any of the following activities while using the suhu69 Platform:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or technical tools that interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by suhu69.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person, or orchestrating wagers between multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any identified platform bug, error, or configuration flaw for personal gain, including without reporting such a flaw to suhu69 in good faith.
• Employing any fraud, manipulation, collusion, money-laundering, or other unlawful activity in connection with the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform's servers, network, databases, or underlying source code through any means other than the intended interface.
• Posting, transmitting, or publishing any content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, verification requirement, geo-restriction, or responsible-gaming control implemented by suhu69.

suhu69 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Account verification is mandatory in order to trigger a withdrawal request. To complete verification, Players must submit the following documents:

• A clear copy of a government-issued identity document issued in Indonesia (such as a KTP or passport) showing your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.

• Any error, interruption, delay, or failure in the transmission, processing, or settlement of any wager or financial transaction caused by circumstances beyond suhu69's reasonable control.
• Any third-party service provider, including but not limited to banks, e-wallet providers, and internet service providers.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from any unauthorised access attributable to your own actions or omissions.
• Any decision you make based on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, and editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where such liability arises, suhu69's aggregate liability to a Player shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player into their account over the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content, software, data, graphics, logos, trademarks, game titles, and other materials available on the suhu69 Platform are the property of suhu69 or of their respective owners and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from suhu69.
• Use any trademark, logo, or brand name of suhu69 in connection with any other product or service.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Platform using automated means.

Third-party game and software providers retain all rights in their respective intellectual property. Where any third-party content is used on the Platform, suhu69 acknowledges those ownership rights.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

You agree that, to the extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Platform must be commenced within twelve (12) months of the date on which the event giving rise to the claim first occurred.

suhu69 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Any amendment shall take effect from the date of publication unless otherwise expressly stated.

Your continued use of the suhu69 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
